House Cross Country

SECONDARY -With fantastic weather we held the last of our House Carnivals for 2015, the Cross Country.  We enjoyed great participation, especially from the younger students culminating in the final event where Miss Bird, Mrs Kemp and Mr Cadd took on the open boys in the 5km race. Our internationally acclaimed Miss Bird took the honours ahead of Year 11 student Lachlan Tenace by about 300 meters. Students who finished in the top 6 of their age group have qualified for the BISSA Cross Country to be held in Narrandera on Monday 11 May.  We wish them all the best!

PRIMARY – Clear blue skies and comfortable temperatures provided perfect cross country running weather for our Primary school students. The students’ effort and enthusiasm for the event was fantastic and it was very pleasing to see so many students achieving their personal best with a smile on their face.  Congratulations to our age champions and to Chanter House who prevailed on this occasion.
