Exciting New Preschool for Moama Anglican Grammar
Following extensive planning over the past eighteen months, Moama Anglican Grammar is delighted to announce it has been awarded $3.36 million in funding from the NSW Government to establish a new preschool at the Kirchhofer Street campus.
This initiative is part of the NSW Government’s $60 million program supporting non-government schools to build 50 new and upgraded preschools in high-growth areas.
Early Years learning is in short supply in our community, and this development will provide wonderful opportunities for our youngest learners and families. Not only will it support a seamless transition into Primary School, its on-campus location will offer added convenience for existing and prospective families.
The Early Years Learning Facility, which will be located at the north eastern corner of our Kirchhofer Street site, will expand the scope of our educational offering from Preschool to Year 12 on one site.
The facility will initially offer 40 new preschool places and will cater to both 3-year-olds and 4-year-olds, significantly improving access to quality early years learning support for families in Moama’s growing community.
It is anticipated that construction will begin in 2026, with the first student intake planned for the start of 2027.
An information session for prospective families will be held in early 2026, with more details to be announced prior to the end of the year.
