“They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.”
Next Friday 11 November Moama Anglican Grammar students and staff will attend a whole school service in the UCA from 10:45am to commemorate Remembrance Day. At the eleventh hour, on the eleventh day, of the eleventh month, we will observe a minutes silence dedicated to those who have died at war.
It would be greatly appreciated if Kindergarten to Year 6 students could bring a flower on the day to be part of the wreaths we are making to lay at our service. Please take your flower to buckets provided outside the Primary staffroom upon arrival at school on Friday morning. Those students organising the service are expected to wear full formal school uniform.
Parents / Guardians are most welcome to attend if desired.
